Botexi respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application for AI image and video creation.
Botexi is designed to minimize data collection. We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect facial information or biometric identifiers. Photos you select are processed only to perform AI generation tasks you request, and we do not use them to identify you.
Images you upload are transmitted to cloud AI services to generate results. We do not retain your photos on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete your request. Generated content may be stored locally on your device in the app workspace.
The app stores your creation history, preferences, and generated files on your device using local database and file storage. This data remains under your control and can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
We use uploaded images and text prompts solely to provide AI image and video generation features. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your content for advertising profiling.
Botexi uses third-party AI providers to process generation requests. When you create content, necessary data (such as encoded image data and prompts) is sent to these providers to fulfill your request. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.
Botexi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please uninstall the app and clear its data.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to use the app on trusted devices.
You may decline to upload images and still browse the app interface, though generation features require an image and prompt. You can delete local works from within the app by managing your device storage.
We do not collect facial information. Botexi does not perform facial recognition, face scanning, or biometric analysis for identification purposes. Any human faces appearing in user-provided photos are treated only as creative input for AI generation and are not extracted as facial templates or identity data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Botexi after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
